Podkosljun- Building land

On offer is the land, located at Podkosljun. The land  has two cadster lands which has three urbanistics plots and can not be buy separately.

Evry plot has UT  conditions for construction the objects 2188 sq m.

First plot- UP No 50 has 313 sq m. It has construction permit for 268 sq m with liomited levels G+P+2.

Second plot- UP-21 and UP-4, has 1654 sq m..It has construction permit for two objects. Urbanistic plot UP 21 has permit for construction 774 sq m with limited levels G+P+2+Pk.

Urbanistics plot UP -4. It has the construction permit for 1146 sq m with limited levels G+P+2+Pk.

It has directly acess to the main road and the other infrastruccture (water,eletricity and garbage) are in the plot. Podkosljun is residential-tourist area with many contents: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, kindergarden, post office.
